A: Yes, in great detail. Your customer may set the appointment while placing their order or you may go back into the system and schedule an appointment later. Q: Does WMS2000 keep track of both beer and wine? A: Yes. Q: Should my customer phone in and ask about the status of their wine or beer; can I find it fast? ProductionQ: Will WMS2000 print a Daily Production to do list? A: Yes, it will outline ALL carboys that need attention that day and will keep reminding you until the task is complete. The person working the back-end simply checks off the completed tasks and passes it onto the data input person. The whole input procedure is quick and straight forward.
PurchasingQ: Does WMS2000 come with pre-loaded inventory from many of the popular suppliers? A: Yes, WMS2000 comes pre-loaded with live inventory items. Saving your countless hours/days of input time. Presently there are over 5600 items with more being added as sales expand to other regions. Q: Why would my supplier care if WMS2000 is loaded with live inventory items? A: In the first place, WMS2000 received the inventory listing from the supplier, so store owners will use the supplier's most current inventory stock keeping numbers and descriptions. This eliminates many shipping errors and makes the ordering procedure more efficient all the way around. Pre-loading takes a lot of the guess work out of ordering. A: Yes, their invoice outlines their next bottling appointment as well as their last 12 products purchased. The store keeper can give the customer a complete printed history.
